The White House is barely standing and is being heavily guarded the remaining Secret Service and U.S. Military. All interesting artifacts not picked up by S.H.I.E.L.D. have been confiscated by the government and locked up in the newly built underground lab located just below the White House. Good luck getting in there, though. The guards on duty barely even blink.
