PLEASE READ ALL THE RULES BEFORE CREATING A CHARACTER
general
- Please respect all members of the site. That means EVERYONE. I don't care if you've been a member for ages and feel like you can pick on the newer ones. You can't. Anyone caught bullying, harassing, or picking on any other member of the site will face the consequences.
- Stay active. No one wants to be that person who makes an account, posts in one or two threads, then disappears.
- This site is rated PG-13, meaning you can curse, but only mildly. I don't want any F-bombs or See You Next Tuesdays. Additionally, your characters cannot roleplay having sex. It can be referenced (not in detail, might I add), but it can't be actually happening before our eyes.
- This is strictly a Marvel RP site. I won't deny that DC heroes are pretty awesome too, but this is not the place to be roleplaying them.
- Once accepted, please immediately change your account name to either your superhero/villain identity, or your character's first and last name if no identity is existent.
- While creating your character, keep in mind that a Hero is anyone who has superpowers and uses them for good, Cannons AND originals, a Villain is anyone with powers who uses them for evil, again, both Canons AND originals, a citizen is any character who does not have superpowers, and a S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent is, well, self-explanatory.
roleplay
- All posts must be a minimum or 250 words. You don't have to write an essay, but please don't simply write a line or two about what your character is literally doing. 250 words might seem like a lot to some people, but once you get rolling, it's really not.
- Use proper grammar and spelling. Enough said.
- You may create any canon character you'd like, whether they be a hero or villain, but please don't make your second until you've created an original as well, to balance things out.
- No god-modding/power-playing of any kind, unless previously given permission by the other RPer or when interacting with an NPC. This includes fighting. You can attack anyone, but the other person gets to decide if the strike actually lands or not. That being said, please don't make yourself invincible and dodge every single attack. Where's the fun in that?
- Remember that if your character just received their powers in the explosion, the probably don't have control over them just yet. They're definitely not a master at what they do. They have to learn, like everyone else.
graphics
- No signatures larger than 500x500. Avatars should be about 200x300 or less. If you notice something of yours is stretching the page, please edit it or an admin will.
- This goes without saying, but no extremely revealing images, please. No female breasts or either gender's private parts. That's just uncalled for.
other
- As of now, there is no limit to the amount of characters you can have, as long as you think you can handle it, but please maintain a decent amount of activity with each of them.
